Dill & Onion Salad dressing 3 table spoons dried or fresh dill
(i use dried cause it's easier)
2 green onion stalk
1 garlic clove
6 oz. cold pressed olive oil put these things together in a glass jar with a lid and let it sit in your cupboard until you're ready to dress a salad.
(keep your old nut butter jars and lids, jam jars, or for this one, an empty glass olive oil jar).
then:
pour a logical amount for immediate use in a small bowl and add to taste: lemon (fresh squeezed)
agave (i use about a tablespoon or two) Mix. mix. mix. Pour over salad: )
notes:
all raw recipes are to taste; no nazi's here: )
if you don't like dill, try marjoram or sage.
if you don't have green onion, try red or white.
if you like strong garlic, add more.
if you only have 5 oz. of oil, oh well! Use 5 oz.
if you don't know what an ounce (oz) is, then just pour till it looks pretty. |
