Spicy Ginger Dipping Sauce

about 1/2 a thumb's lengths of sliced ginger root
cayenne powder to taste (I like it hot & add perhaps 3/4 teaspoon)
4 oz. cold pressed olive oil
1-2 cloves of garlic

let this soak over night (at least).
before lunch time (or when ever you're gonna make this) pour into a [mini] blender and pulverize!

add a little of the below to taste:
agave or honey
sea salt (the red kind from Hawaii is wonderful if you can find it)

This is a great dip for Spring Rolls and anything that needs a heavier dipping sauce...

 

*Do I need to mention to use use all ORGANIC ingredients? Well... here it is: USE ALL ORGANIC INGREDIENTS, ALWAYS! (except of course, if you can't...:)
