Ashlandia Roll

Seed pate:
2 handfuls sunflower seeds
1 handful vegi spice
(from the whole food farmacy; or use what ever spices you like)
3 dashes of salt
pulverized in spice grinder.
mix this with:
4 chopped raddishes
& a bit of olive oil
(say 5 tbsp.)

Insides of rolls:
1 avacado slice
strip of dulse
(red seaweed)
tea sp. cooked quinoa (optional adds pop)
tea sp. above nut pate
sprouts
1 raw OG goat cheese slice
(optional)
1 squirt nama shoyu

Outside of rolls:
thin sliced cucumber
(close w/ toothpick)

Variations to reciepe:
cut above items and throw in bowl = salad. Add more dulse or leafy greens or sprouts. Dowse with nama shoyu, sprinkle with wasabi powder.
